Suciṇṇaṁ brahmacariyaṁ me,
Kehidupan suci telah kujalani dengan baik,

Nirassādā bhavā diṭṭhā,
Keberadaan telah kulihat sebagai tanpa kepuasan,
I’ve seen that there’s nothing gratifying in existences,

visaṁ pitvāva chaḍḍitaṁ.
bagaikan racun yang telah dirasakan, lalu dibuang.
like someone who has tasted poison, <j>then thrown it out.
